Anna Sui and Coach recently had a launch party at Coach’s NY Soho store to celebrate their collaboration. The two paired up to re-do the classic Coach duffle bag, which made its debut on Anna’s f/w 2012 runway. Anna told Elle.com, “Coach wanted to revive their [1972] duffle bag and told me to do whatever I wanted.” The result of which is two limited edition bags, the legacy Anna Sui fleur de lis large duffle and the legacy Anna Sui dragonfly large duffle. Both bags boast its namesake on the front, brass hardware, tassels, removable interior wristlet, intricate detailing, the supple leather that Coach’s legacy bags are known for, and a sizable price tag. The dragonfly duffle cost $798, while the fleur de lis will set you back $1000.
