Understated and demure are probably not the first adjectives that come to mind when describing Nicki Minaj‘s style. But Queen Barb is just that in her latest video, “Freedom.” But like always, Nicki’s go big or go home spirit can’t be held down (she’s from Queens after all), and she this time she goes grand in the hair department: she’s giving us curls galore! Nicki gets reflective on the track, proudly accepting her humble beginnings and her dreamlike success, with a few choice words for the “ungrateful” naysayers. Hard to hear the haters when you’re on top of the world. Her latest album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded- The Re-Up, is in stores now.
