The catty cast member of Basketball Wives L.A. attended Rihanna’s “Unapologetic” Record Release Party at 40/40 Club last week in an outfit we actually liked. Govan put on a Dominique Auxilly “Fairy” feathered dress with black wedges for the fun night. While the look is a bit youthful for the reality star, its carefree textured skirt and lace top carry a unique elegance.
