The Soul Train Awards aired on BET last night as they honored the late great show producer and former host Don Cornelius. The award show was hosted by comedian Cedric “The Entertainer” with musical performances by Best New Artist winner Elle Varner, Ne-yo and Miguel. The most anticipated performance was from the Soul Train Award honorees New Edition who took us back in the day with their smooth moves and sweet voices.
With every award show comes some amazing fashions, some of the best dressed attendees were Leah LaBelle, who looked stunning in a white long sleeve fitted dress, Elle Varner in a printed dress , Ne-yo, who went casual with a grey jacket and his usual fedora hat and John Legend, who wore a light brown suit and ditched the tie.
