Something about the heat, beauty and flavor of Miami brings out the sultry side of everyone who visits.
Case in point: Kelly Rowland. The singer looked amazing at Rico Love’s 30th birthday celebration on Saturday. The 31-year-old wore a bright blue halter dress, animal print purse and gold strappy sandals for the bash. With her skin and curls as her main accessory, she glowed when posing with friends (note the fine Pharrell Williams) and while dancing the night away. The soft pleats and cut of her dress compliment her incredibly well, only aided by her bangin body!
Feels like summer already.
