The ever beautiful Kelly Rowland was spotted this weekend in Las Vegas. The “motivation” singer was in Nevada for the Palms Casino Resort New Years Eve weekend long celebration. According to Examiner, Rowland kicked off the event at Rain nightclub with a special performance of some of her popular hits from her solo album. To get the New Year celebration started, the R&B singer wore a leopard jacket with contrasting black side panels and lapels. Black leather legging and a black bootie completed her outfit. We love Kelly’s look, although simple, the jacket makes a bold statement.
