January 13th, 2013, marks the 100th founders day of the National Pan-Hellenic sorority Delta Sigma Theta. The Delta sorority was founded in 1913 by 22 collegiate women at Howard University. Since then they have been promoting public service and women's growth globally being the largest African-American Greek-lettered sorority in the world. This New Years, at the annual Tournament of Roses Parade in New York City they made history by featuring a beautiful float with the fitting theme, “Transforming Communities through Sisterhood & Service.” Congrats to the Deltas on this great accomplishment! There will be lots of celebrations across college campuses for their centennial. Deltas can celebrate in style with these fashionable crimson/red items.
