Let someone get a regular full-time job and their whole look changes. We were pleasantly surprised to see Nicki Minaj looking normal at Fox’s All-Star ’2013 Winter TCA Tour’ at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena, Ca. The rapper and American Idol host wore a lace cutout dress and Christian Louboutin Zoulou leather platforms for the event. The dress — that is cutout in the back– is VERY similar to this Victoria’s Secret one we love.
