The StyleBlazer team was invited to attend the premiere of BET’s Real Husbands of Hollywood and Second Generation Wayans Monday night and had a ball! A number of Viacom stars hit the red carpet to celebrate the new primetime comedies including Tatyana Ali.

Tatyana plays stylish assistant Maya in the Wayans show. For her big night, she wore a vintage Chanel dress, black sandals and her mother’s earrings. Looking like a Hollywood siren, the actress admitted to using Miss Jessie’s “Baby Buttercreme” to nourish her curls, and she dished on her signature style:
“I feel like I’m still developing it. It’s a work in progress. But I’m just in the beginning of hitting what I know I like. And I like funky, a little bit hippy at heart. If you saw me on the street, I like to be comfortable. But I like things that are classic. I like pieces that last forever. Like how I can wear [my mom’s earrings] twentysomething year later. I pick pieces that when I have daughters, they’ll want to still want it out of my closet.”
