The confetti has been swept away, and DC’s city streets are returning to normalcy, but we are still feeling the electric excitement from yesterday’s Inauguration ceremony! We were live at the National Mall to witness a slice of history, along with a sea of smiling faces.
We’ve all seen the dresses and heard the performances, so today we wanted to bring a bit of the excitement to you firsthand. From “Obama” chants to elderly women who touched our hearts, check out 6 of our favorite moments from the 2013 Inauguration ceremony.
