For this fall, Alexander Wang is serving you 50 shades of grey with his new collection. Models stomped the runway covered in furry textures from head to toe. And when we say head to toe, we mean head to toe. Every garment had a fuzzy effect. He filled his collection with fur mittens, jackets, and skirts. Ribbed knit caps were tucked under snoods and coats, while he used mohair, ponyhair, alpaca and astrakhan with silk to produce sweaters, pants, shoes and skirts. It may sound utterly insane, but the actual ensembles turned out magnificent. It’s obvious this collection isn’t for the girly girl. But Wang’s fall 2013 girl is not hard enough to go to war with the fashion world either.
Take a look at the knock out collection below and let us know if it makes you feel just as fuzzy inside.
