From the success of “Motivation” to recently signing on as the face of Diddy’s Empress perfume, Ms. Rowland is at the top of her game. There once was a time when she stood in the shadow of her former Destiny’s Child group mate, Beyoncé, but those days are long gone. She’s got a distinctive style and sound that’s rightfully all her own.     Kelly really do need to do more songs like motivation, because it fits her style and after several grammys she can do other music, but she really need to stick to what works for her…She is deserving of it, because she really put in work and it is time for her pay off…She is a beautiful woman and I would like to say thank you for the team that is promoting her at this time….It's working.
