Last night, February 23rd, the best indie films were given their due recognition and honor at the 2013 Film Independent Spirit Awards, which was held in a tent on the beach in Santa Monica, CA. The event, hosted by host Andy Samberg and musician Joanna Newsom saw its fair share of Hollywood darlings and gents, all dressed to the nines.
