Céline fall 2013 collection has set the scene for this year’s fall season and the picture looked a little fuzzy in the form of wool, cashmere, and felt coats; flared skirts and dresses; and tops and sweaters. Pieces were structured, oversized and voluminous, though the color palette was subdued by solid creams, pale pinks, greens, navy and gray. But Creative Director Phoebe Philo also gave us a pattern tease with four plaid looks and ankle boots out of ostrich. One can’t deny the bar this house is setting. Models carried cute, oversized zip clutches and stomped in ankle and thigh-high leather boots to compliment the looks. If you ask us, we’d say that Philo made another win for Céline.
Take a look at the structural and textured collection below and let us know if you’re ready to pump up the volume for fall.
