Chloé did a 180 this season with its fall 2013 collection. Its spring collection was all about girly ruffles, but it looks like Creative Director Clare Waight Keller decided to toughen up the house by adding a little boyish appeal to the brand. The uniform-like looks gave the collection a schoolgirl feel as it featured heeled oxfords, navy jumper dresses, tweed and wool double-breasted coats, white collared shirts, and stylish capes. Although, pieces like a black leather, form-fitting jumper dress, blue leather jogging pants and sheer, polka dot blouses gave the collection some sass and reminded us that Chloé was still a woman’s brand even if it did include a little inspiration from the boys. Waight Keller closed the show with two long tulle, polka dot skirts paired with crop tops made for the schoolgirl that’s ready to rebel.

Take a look at the boyish schoolgirl collection below and let us know if you’re feeling the tough edge.
