With all the newer models on the scene right now (Sessilee Lopez, Joan Smalls, Jourdan Dunn, Chanel Iman), it’s becoming harder to remember some of the stalwart black beauties who have dominated scene for many years. So we were pretty excited when we came across these new covers of UK’s Stylist Magazine featuring Alek Wek looking absolutely awesome in some really high-fashion poses.
One shot features her in an all-black studded cut-out swimsuit, another features her in a sleek leather jacket and the third features her in a voluminous, couture black ostrich onesie. All three shots leap right off the page and all the shoes she rocks are extra FIERCE.
