Last night, celebrities stepped out in their Sunday’s best for the 63rd Annual Emmy Awards in Los Angeles. Of course, we here at Styleblazer had to put together a list of the good, bad and the ugly of our favorite starlets who graced the red carpet this year. Some made the best dressed list cut while others got the “WTF?” look.

Kerry Washington:
Slaying everyone that hit the carpet, Kerry is definitely the Best Dressed for the evening. She looked stunning in her red Zuhair Murad sequined gown with gorgeous red lips to match.
