So Sad To Say Goodbye: D&G Line Goes Bye Bye (Looks from their very last Runway Show inside)

Italian designers Dolce & Gabbana just announced that yesterday’s spring 2012 show will be the last of the diffusion line, D&G, the more moderately priced brand. Dolce & Gabbana plan to blend D&G into their signature line which will diversify their collection and collection categories.

The designers believe that having D&G as a part of their signature collections will give “even more strength and energy to our collections.” But how would this effect the pricing of this beloved line? That question that won’t be answered until the complete merge happens, but we are sure that’s what everyone wants to know.

In the meantime, we can cross our fingers and hope that Dolce & Gabbana will hop on the designer bandwagon and do a limited edition line with a mass retailer.
