If you haven’t heard, actress Eva Mendes has created her own clothing line with New York and Company. The stylish 39-year-old has a solid resume of looks that qualify her for the job. But it didn’t stop her from being hesitant at first. “My first reaction was nervous, I was like, ‘I’m not sure I have anything to offer’,” she told OK Magazine. “But I accepted the challenge with one goal: to make women look good.”
Mendes describes the collection as being a collection of sweetly-printed dresses, silky blouses and soft pants for the real women (read: Grandma Hot). Priced between $25 for a tank top and $160 for a coat, the sizes range from zero to 18.
For Mendes’ appearance on “Extra” this week, she wore a dress from the collection that epitomizes everything she said about it and her own personal style. The size 6 beauty showed off her incredible shape in the mid-length polka dot dress with a statement necklace and sunglasses.
