At some point Nike and Tiffany & Company joined in holy matrimony to create the magnificent Nike Free 3.0 V4 in “Tiffany” blue. Both brands represent two very different aesthetics– one is about cut, clarity and carat the other is about physicality and human performance. But in a way it makes perfect sense for the best of both worlds to form a bond.
The first partnership of this kind was in 2005 with the Nike Dunk Low Pro SB “Tiffany” that sold like hotcakes. Considered one of the ’100 Best Sneakers’ of the decade by Complex, the black, silver and eggshell colored created sneaker-head hysteria. This year, Nike has done it again with this running shoe that had a subtle debut. While authentic ones are VERY hard to find, they are very easy on the eyes.
See what Twitter had to say when Fitness & Nutrition posted them Sunday night:
“Dear Santa! I’ve been very good!”
“OMG can Santa Scott get me a pair too! I’ve been very good!”
“They are so cute you don’t even have to go to the gym! #everydaywear.”
“Where can I get them? So nice.”
“I’ll just wear them for coffee then pretend we go to the gym, looking super hot!”
“These are amazing.”
