For those of us with drier curls, finding a supplement to add more moisture is must. A great way to do this is by incorporating a leave-in conditioner into your hair routine. Even if you don’t experience dry hair, leave-in conditioners are a great way to obtain luscious, beautiful curls.

Not only does leave-in conditioners serve as a good detangler, it can also combat frizz— leaving hair manageable and smooth. Unlike wash out conditioners, leave-in conditioners keeps hair moistened longer in between washes, plus you can use it as a styling agent between washes as well. (To do so: fill a spray bottle with water and mist all of your hair, next apply your leave-in conditioner and style as usual.)

Leave-in conditioners are perfect for styling bantu knots, twists or up dos. Remember when looking for leave-in conditioners make sure that the first ingredient is water, which is a crucial element for moisture.

Miss Jessie’s Leave-In Condish smells amazing and is made with pumpkin seed and soybean seed extract, which coats curls without weighing them down. Always section hair into 3-5 sections (depending on your length), to make sure the conditioner is evenly distributed.
