Karl Lagerfeld’s no newbie to whipping up affordable high-fashion capsule collections for the masses to enjoy. Back in 2004, Lagerfeld teamed up with H&M, designing a 30-piece line that blessed 800 stores worldwide. The famed couturier of iconic French label, Chanel, just announced that on Jan. 25th, he will debut his rock ’n’ roll-inspired Karl collection.
Targeted at women in their early 20s, the 100-piece denim and leather line, will retail from about $95-$450. Not exactly cheap but it is merely a fraction of what his eponymous premium offerings go for. The line is said to house a great mix of “street attitude” and “timeless chic” separates, pieces that will ultimately blend well in any true StyleBlazers wardrobe. Lagerfeld used the words “street” and “rock” to sum up the brands style aesthetic. We’re itching to see sketches…
