Healthy Hair’s a Must

1. Make sure your hair is healthy first. No sense in further weakening damaged hair with heat tools. You can tell by gently pulling at a strand and if it feels gummy, mushy, and/or snaps off easily, you just might have some damage. If there is no damage, you may proceed with caution but if your hair needs some TLC, see your stylist about a proper deep conditioning or protein treatment to nurse your strands back to life.
