Style.com is releasing their seventh edition of Style.com/Print on November 11. The magazine counterpart to the industry-leading website “explores the person that counted most on this season’s runways: the consumer” for this issue. As a perfect addition to the theme, Style.com includes their recurring page-view driven rankings for Spring 2015 shows.
It comes to no surprise that Chanel takes the number one spot again, with almost 4 million views! Lagerfeld’s highly acclaimed, staged feminist protest definitely sealed their fate. Most of the list is consistent with previous seasons, with established fashion houses like Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Prada all taking spots. However, Dries Van Noten makes a first time appearance. This can maybe be attributed to their dreamy, festival-inspired show.
Another surprise comes from Dolce & Gabbana jumping up to the number two spot from last season’s number eight. Since they didn’t design much different than their usual extravagant, Baroque style, we’re thinking Kendall Jenner closing the show had everything to do with this jump!
