Diesel Black Gold recently opened the doors to its first brick-and-mortar store on Greene Street in downtown Manhattan’s Soho Area, and you know we had to take a peek inside. When we entered Diesel Black Gold’s swanky shop, we were greeted by elevated mannequins in metallic gold shorts, and mirrored silver cocktail dresses. Skylights on the 15-foot ceilings illuminated the gallery-like space adorned in velvet accents, suede-lined clothing niches and a zebra rug. You’ll find yourself perusing the clothing racks as if you were observing art in an exhibit. There are ankle-wrap platform sandals enclosed in glass cases on wood columns, and accessories carefully placed in cubbies toward the back. Housed in the brand’s former denim gallery, the 2,500 square foot flagship is stunning, and stocked with exclusive pieces.
