You know the saying, “Everything is bigger in Texas,” well, when it comes to brunch there is no exception.

At the center of Texas is Dallas, a metropolis and the third largest city in the Lone Star state, and one of the state’s most stylish. When it comes to Dallas fashionistas and insiders, brunch is a way of life.

We reached out to our favorite bloggers from Tomboy KC founder Katie Cassidy to fashion consultant Krystal Schlegel to singer and rapper Sam Lao for their favorite brunch spots in the city they call home.

There were some clear favorites, but enough options for any type of eater, unlimited mimosas included.

So if you want to make sure your brunch is just as stylish as your #OOTD, make sure you try one of these spots next time you are in Dallas.

Check out the gallery below for the best brunch Dallas has to offer:

Bistro 31: 87 Highland Park Village, Dallas, TX 75205

“Bistro 31 is centrally located in the most beautiful real estate in Dallas, Highland Park Village.  The bar upstairs is usually where I end my Saturday night.  On Sunday I’ll go back for a beautiful cappuccino and the Bistro Omelet then window shop Saint Laurent in the village.”

Bread Winners Cafe & Bakery: 4 locations

“For more casual dining, I love to walk to Bread Winners, have an iced latte and some true Texas breakfast tacos. On the way out I’ll pick up a few special bread loaves for friends.”

Oddfellows: 316 W 7th St, Dallas, TX 75208

“The best part about this place is the location – it’s in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas and such a fun “off the beaten path” destination. Actually, the best part about Oddfellows is it’s food and coffee. Both are delicious. The menu might not be expansive but with items like chicken and waffles, beignets, and red velvet pancakes it serves up some of the best breakfast edibles in Dallas.”

Cafe Brazil: Three locations
“Cafe Brazil is a never-fail breakfast spot that I can hit up on any week day or weekend. It’s open 24-7, always serving breakfast and they’re famous for their many fresh-brewed flavored coffee. It’s one of my favorites because the food is consistently good, it’s not fancy or hard to get a table, and they let you take to-go cups of coffee!”

Hattie’s : 418 N Bishop Ave, Dallas, TX 75208

“I love Hattie’s because it’s a traditional southern restaurant, and if you want some amazing chicken and waffles you absolutely have to try this place. Plus, I love the area! The Bishop Arts district is literally one street filled with incredible restaurants and boutiques. It’s always nice to go down to the area for brunch and get away from the typical Dallas scene.

Origin Kitchen + Bar:  4438 McKinney Ave #150, Dallas, TX 75205

“By far one of my favorite neighborhood spots for brunch. You’ll find much healthier brunch items on the menu here, but don’t worry they don’t skimp out on taste. My girlfriends and I love going here for a relaxing brunch on Saturdays.”

Max’s Wine Dine: 3600 McKinney Ave #101, Dallas, TX 75204

“I rarely go to brunch but when I do it’s ALWAYS Max’s Wine Dive in West Village. It’s the perfect spot. Inside is nicely decorated and the patio outside is a great option when the weather cooperates. I don’t even bother to look at the menu any more, I always get the Chicken Fried Steak and Waffles. Yes, Chicken Fried STEAK and waffles. It sounds crazy but it’s so so good. The chicken fried steak is tender and the batter is flavorful. The belgian waffle is soft but dense enough to stand up to the mixture of syrup and white pepper gravy that sounds questionable but is an amazing mix of sweet and savory. It’s the kind of meal that you feel stuffed and in need of a nap afterwards because it was so good you couldn’t stop stuffing your face. Seriously though this is the only place I ever go.”

Origin Kitchen + Bar:  4438 McKinney Ave #150, Dallas, TX 75205

“Lots of Paleo-friendly options here….or not!  The menu is creative, and great for those looking to eat healthy, or for an indulgence. My favorites include the Seasonal Hash Bowl, Paleo Pancakes (made with coconut flour), and the Chilaquiles.  Delicious coffee from local roaster, Cultivar Coffee, is a must!”

Breadwinners Cafe:   3301 McKinney Ave Dallas, TX
My favorite outpost of this local chain is the Northpark Center location.  The patio overlooks the beautiful, manicured gardens of Northpark.  Great place for brunch for anyone, especially families!  Kids can play patio games or run around on the lawn while the grown-ups sip mimosas and watch from the shaded deck.  I love the always fresh and fluffy buttermilk pancakes and eggs or the Queen of Hearts salad.  The Tito’s Texas Sunrise is also a great mimosa alternative!

Social House: 2708 Routh St, Dallas, TX 75201
“Social House is the perfect brunch spot. My favorite meal is the Steak Benedict, its a delicious meal full of flavor. Oh, and the bottomless mimosas aren’t half bad either.”
Jonathon’s Oak Cliff: 1111 N Beckley Ave, Dallas, TX 75203
“The quaint spot sits in a neighborhood adorned with mom and pop restaurants but what drives me back to Jonathon’s over and over is the tasty chicken and waffles! I mean, in Texas we love chicken and there is nothing better than chicken breast and a huge waffle!”

“Good, hearty American cuisine with a great patio. Some eclectic cuisine with awesome Bloody Mary’s. You might even run into Andre 3000 of OutKast (He frequents this place.)” Price Range: $$

Henry’s Majestic: 4900 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75225,
Located right off the Katy Trail, Henry’s Majestic offers a vibe that is ultra-hip without any pretentious attitude. You’ll enjoy a spacious, dog-friendly patio complete with pool table and a Sparkle Bar on the weekends for diners to create their own champagne cocktails. Menu highlights from the brunch menu include Fried Chicken and Waffles and Avocado Toast made on Tuscan Bread drizzled with olive oil and sea salt. Add bacon to take it over the top!
“This Southern-style restaurant is the perfect combination of upscale dining and casual, friendly atmospher. The Uptown location is my personal favorite primarily because of its lush New Orleans-style courtyard. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the Bananas Foster French toast or the French Ham Benedict with shaved ham, asparagus and hollandaise sauce over a croissant.”

Gloria’s Latin Cuisine: 3715 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75206

“Because who doesn’t love $2 mimosas and a killer veggie omelet that doesn’t make you feel guilty after consuming it?! The lively outdoor patio and people watching doesn’t hurt either.”

Nick and Sam’s: 3008 Maple Ave, Dallas, TX 75201

“Located in the “heart” of Dallas-Uptown. Gorgeous people, even better food, and $6 mimosa carafes. Win, win, win!”

Oddfellows: 316 W 7th St, Dallas, TX 75208

“You cannot go wrong with any item on Oddfellows menu. This hip brunch spot located in the very cool Bishop Arts district offers everything from a classic eggs benedict to banana cream pie french toast and a cup of handcrafted coffee or fresh juice to go with it. My personal favorite is the short rib hash with their buffalo mac and cheese coming in at a close second.”

The Dream Cafe: 2800 Routh St #170, Dallas, TX 75201

“The Dream Cafe is a longstanding restaurant located in the Quadrangle of Uptown Dallas with a large and eclectic menu that would please even the pickiest of eaters (several vegan options!). The tree-filled patio, eclectic design and laidback vibe makes it the perfect environment to spend the afternoon with friends over a pitcher of their mimosas or poinsettias, a house-made popover with strawberry butter or two, and an order of their famous Cloud Cakes (fluffy ricotta pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, creme fraiche and powdered sugar!).”
