In partnering news, there are two brands who have aligned with others for a super kick of awesome.
The first is Nasty Gal who announced their collaboration with For Love & Lemons this week. Both Los Angeles-based brands combined their love of edgy fashion and uber feminine aesthetics to make a nearly sheer line. The 11-pieces created in the collab play with illusionary tulle and embroidery.
If you’re thinking how to wear this? Note that For Love & Lemons is known for their blended fabrics that combine elasticity, durability and comfort– so it’s going to lay nicely on your curves. And where to? Day or night parties are fitting for these summer looks. We’re particularly fond of their Tropicana embroidered dress.

Another fun partnership is coming from the Converse camp, whose created two shoes with Missoni. The Deck Star slip-ons and Converse Chuck Taylor All Star ‘70 laced sneakers were inspired by European style and Maghrebian (Arabs and Berbers living in Paris) influences, inciting a vibe of coastal living and bohemianism. Think, Euro hippie.
The collection largely expands upon the Missoni Men’s S/S 2015 Collection featuring multi-stitch jacquard that resembles the toweling effect of loom knits. We see these unisex babies paired with a simple day dress or even white t-shirt and jeans ensemble.
The shoes hit stores Friday, July 17 at Converse flagship stores in New York and San Francisco for $200.
