Rapper, singer and Harajuku Barbie, Nicki Minaj, has been riding high on the waves since her sophomore album Roman Reloaded hit stores last Tuesday. The album has already hit the number one spot on Billboard charts and is probably on its way to breaking industry records.
Last Friday morning Nicki stopped by the Today Show to chat with host Matt Lauer. When asked about her influences, she quickly pointed out she doesn’t really know Lady GaGa; and that Madonna’s superstar ability to balance fame, family and a private life has had a major impact on her.
Excited to see her Barbz and Kenz up close and personal again, Nicki is readying for a world tour this year. We can’t wait to see what tour outfits the Techinicolor Barbie has up her sleeve.
