They say summer bodies are made in the winter. But if you’re like us then you know that in order to brunch on Saturday’s, we need to maintain the #fitspo during the week.

We’ve all been down the Equinox, Crunch and Classpass road, but there are a range of fitness and wellbeing classes dotted around New York City  that  make working out actually fun! And some of these studios have locations throughout the country.

If you’re looking for inspiration and are stuck in a squatting rut, then look through our little gallery to discover your next #fitnessfix.
