A lot of people frown at the idea of home-schooling.  Some say that being taught at home leaves a child more vulnerable to social and educational pitfalls.  Despite the fact that many people disapprove of home-schooling, for some it is the only option and for others it is the best option considering the circumstances.  Sure, not everyone may succeed after home-schooling, then again not everyone succeeds after attending public or private school either.

    The problem with this list is that most of these people weren’t actually homeschooled: they were educated by private tutors. Completely different thing.
