NCLA began as a line of nail wraps inspired by high-fashion and funky street style in 2011. With time, the awesome brand expanded its line into cruelty-free luxury nail lacquers which have no harmful carcinogens such as camphor,dibutyl phthalate (DBP), toluene and formaldehyde.
