We can’t begin to tell you how excited we are about all these young African models totally invading the world of high-end fashion. We already did an article on StyleBlazer about this lovely teen-aged beauty from Zimbabwe, Nyasha Matonhodze scoring a major gig as the face for Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2011 Campaign. And now, she scored the cover for the super haute-fashion UK Glossy, LOVE. This is another big deal for her and is sure to increase her clout in the model world even more.
We love this cover shot too – the theme for LOVE’s new issue is Strangely Romantic, and this melancholy, dark shot with the black teats and the jet black crows perched on her head just evokes so many feelings and moods. Everyday we do this, we realize how much we REALLY DO LOVE fashion so much.
