Last Saturday, all of our favorite celebs hit the red carpet to celebrate the achievements of women of color at the 3rd annual Black Girls Rock! event. One of our favorite looks of the night came courtesy of La La Anthony. She glammed it all the way up in a Balmain velvet turtleneck bodycon dress. We told you velvet was the next big thing, when we spotted La La’s bestie Kim Kardashian in a green velvet wrap dress.
