StyleBlazer Survey: How Would you React if someone Wore White to your Wedding? (Naomi Campbell rocked a white Givenchy gown to Princess Charlene’s wedding in Monaco)

One of our beloved fashionistas pulled the ultimate wedding “no-no” this past weekend at Princess Charlene’s wedding in Monaco. Ms. Naomi Campbell wore a floral number to the actual wedding ceremony, but rocked an embellished white gown by Givenchy to the dinner reception. Although we would all love to wear Givenchy, we would not think twice about attending someone’s wedding festivities in an all white gown. It’s just common wedding etiquette, we hope that you all think twice about the bride and how you would want your special day to be perfect before making this move. Besides, there are far too many fabulous dresses in other shades and tones to choose from!

I prefer the green floral dress. The white one doesn't work for her.

Yeah, everyone knows you don't wear white to a wedding unless you're the bride or the couple has specifically told people to wear white so it was rude of NC, who should definitely know better, to rock a white gown to the reception. But I'm sure the bride was so caught up with the many guests in attendance (3,000?) that she didn't even notice . . .

In most other countries outside of America it is not taboo to wear white to a wedding. That being said, who cares? She went to a WEDDING with someone else's husband. She already looks bad enough, so she better be dressed to kill. #imjustsaying

    it's not white!

That dress was indecent for a wedding: color-wise and style. Too much exposure.

Well the green one looks better…she has a beautiful figure and it's nice that she's maintaining her relationship. She deserves to be happy.
