Scorpio season is a popular birthday season for celebrities and tastemakers, so it makes sense that “Ice Queen” Anna Wintour is among the crowd. The Vogue Editor-in-chief celebrated her 63rd birthday on Saturday. Anna took over the helm of the glossy in 1988 and was able to revive its stagnant circulation. We praise Anna for her fashion forward thinking, placing celebrities on the cover to drive sales— genius really! Noted for her pageboy bob hair cut and dark sunglasses, Anna did not always hide her eyes (although that haircut has been around for decades.)
